Old Chelts Training Information
Due to the size of the club, training takes place at different venues and on different days dependent upon your team.

England Netball Membership is paid directly through the EN portal, ENgage. Please note that the club cannot see your accounts to allocate fees until you have linked it to us Old Chelts ID 2214. Please contact the committee to confirm your ENA ID or have any queries about payment. EN have set up a FAQ page which answers a lot of the common issues with ENgage. Remember you won’t be able play in League matches until you have paid your EN membership.
At EN’s recommendation Club Membership and training fees need to be paid directly to the club (not via ENgage this season). Details of what and how to pay can be provided by each group’s helper.

Occasionally we have to move training to accommodate school exam periods etc.. Any changes to training will be communicated through the coaches as soon as we are able.
Please note that we are unable to train in Sports Hall 1 at Bournside during exam periods.
Annual Membership Fees:
From 2019 all club members will affiliate directly to England Netball. Annual Membership Fees include membership to England, South West (Regional) and Gloucestershire (County) Netball. We encourage all our members to renew their England Netball Membership to enable our sport to #RiseAgain.

Due to rising costs there is an annual £5 membership fee to cover administration that we are asking all members to pay (as with training fees this is paid to the club not via ENgage).
Training Fees
Free trial sessions and 33% sibling discounts are available.
Ad-Hoc Payments for example pre-season training, match and tournament fees, summer sessions, additional training and any celebration events are payable separately and directly to the club.
Training is £5 per hour (e.g. a 45 min session costs £3.75, 90 mins is £7.50 etc) which we kindly asked is paid via the club’s groups on Heja by BACs to the club’s bank account. Fees can be paid monthly, half or termly.
Match Fees are £5 payable at the start of the match to the coach. Those playing less than half will have a portion of their match fees returned.
